Starred, Scheduled and Spam views

Three extra views sit in the inbox sidebar - Starred, Scheduled and Spam. On phones the same views are chips above the conversation list, next to All.

Starred

Press the star in a conversation's header to mark it - for example a conversation you want to come back to at the end of the day. Stars are yours alone: nobody else sees your stars, and you do not see theirs. The Starred view lists the conversations you starred, and a count next to it in the sidebar shows how many of them are open.

Scheduled

The Scheduled view lists every conversation with a pending Send later message, in any status, ordered by the next message due - the conversation whose message sends first sits at the top. Each row shows when the next message goes out, and the open conversation shows when it is scheduled for with a preview of the message. See Schedule a message with Send later.

Spam

Move junk out of the way: open the conversation's more-actions menu and choose Move to spam. The confirmation offers to also block the sender so their new messages do not reach us, ticked by default - untick it if you only want to file the conversation away.

A spammed conversation disappears from every other list, from search and from the counts. It stays in Spam for 30 days and is then deleted permanently.

Made a mistake? Open the conversation in Spam and choose Not spam from the same menu. The conversation is restored, and the sender is unblocked only if the move to spam blocked them - a block you set by hand stays in place.
