Data Deletion Requests

STS Connect honors data deletion requests for information received through Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram).

Automatic requests

If you remove the STS Connect app from your Facebook or WhatsApp account settings, Meta notifies us automatically. We delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account within 30 days and issue a confirmation code you can use to check the status of your request.

Manual requests

You can also request deletion directly by emailing privacy@stsconnect.chat from the address associated with your account, or through your account settings in the STS Connect portal.

What is deleted

Deletion covers personal identifiers, message content, and contact records tied to your Meta account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing records) are kept only as long as the law requires.
